This privacy statement demonstrates our firm commitment to privacy. This privacy statement discloses the information we gather and how we use it. Capture and Use of Information
Our websites automatically recognize the consumer’s IP address, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information, site registrations for comments, and subscribing to email lists.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site , ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads, customize Web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

Event Media has established and maintains reasonable security procedures to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personally identifiable information. We use a variety of industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. For example, credit card numbers are encrypted in a secure database, which is located behind a firewall. Personal information collected is stored in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public. All credit card and registration information supplied by users is transmitted and stored with industry-standard security measures with Active.com and Paypal.com.

“Perfect security,” however, does not exist on the Internet. Although your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing legal regulatory and security environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties. For example, Event Media will disclose personal information about an individual user if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with an applicable law or valid legal process.
