The San Diego Century on May 19, 2012 is a beautiful tour of classic
hill and coastline routes ridden by cycling pros and beginners alike.
Along with 37, 66 or 103 mile cycling routes, there is a Taste the
Hills Festival at MiraCosta College in Encinitas that includes food,
fun, live music and a sports expo.
Taste the Hills on your bike before the Taste the Hills Festival: Start your climbing with The San Elijo Hill on the 37 mile route around Lake Hodges, then add The Three Witches Climb on the 66 mile route up to Poway and finish all three with the challenging Purple Monster Climb on the 103 mile route up to Ramona. All rides start and finish at MiraCosta College in Encinitas.
