Your Price: $20 for pickup at registration on May 18 or May 19. If you can’t pickup we will ship after the event. Please allow $6 for shipping and handling and up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Let’s say it just doesn’t work for you. Please email [email protected] ( please put your LAST NAME in the subject line) and explain the situation. If we have something else that can work, just mail your item back and we’ll mail you a new one. Done.
If it just doesn’t work and you don’t want another product, then mail it back and we’ll refund your money.
If it’s defective then we’ll handle it the same way as an exchange. Hopefully we’ll have another one for you, but if we don’t – then we’ll send you a refund – and our apologies.
