Be part of the 7th year of a classic San Diego Century cycling event with 4 routes (103, 66, 37 and 25 miles), an expected record sellout of the 1,600 rider course limit and an engaging finish line atmosphere with food, refreshments, music, green screen photography and a health & fitness expo. Each rider receives food tickets for a selection of food trucks that accompanies the intimate health & fitness expo. Join Tri-City Medical Center and a select group of vendors in interacting with riders from San Diego, Southern California, 16 states and 3 countries.
EXPO OVERVIEW
The expo will take place on Saturday, June 1, with opportunities for additional exposure on May 31 during rider registration. The expo will be held at the Start/Finish line of the ride on the grounds of MiraCosta College in Cardiff, CA and will include a “Taste the Hills” Festival with exhibitor booths, food trucks and entertainment. Food tickets will be provided to all riders, and additional food can be purchased from the vendors.
With the ability to expand our rider operations and marketing in 2013 we will target 1500 to 2000 riders with expo traffic that will include riders with their family and friends, visitors and existing local traffic.

EVENT OVERVIEW
The San Diego Century Bicycle Tour is a choice of 37, 66, or 103-mile bicycle ride through North County San Diego coast and east county starting and finishing with food, fun and music at MiraCosta College in Cardiff, California. We are also excited to announce the NEW Tri-City 25 mile course in 2013 with the support of our presenting sponsor Tri-City Medical Center. The aid station and turn-around for this new and beautiful coastal route will be at the Tri-City Wellness Center in Carlsbad.
The cycling courses provide riders with an opportunity to taste the hills with both varying elevation gains and tasty cuisine at the aid stations and finish line. Hills on the courses range from moderate on the 37-mile course to challenging on the 103-mile course. The Tri-City 25 is relatively flat along the coast with some elevation gain on the way to Tri-City Wellness Center.
Proceeds from the ride support the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition — www.sdcbc.org — a 501(c)3 non- profit organization dedicated to making bicycling better in greater San Diego.
