Expo and sponsorship packages for the San Diego Century Bicycle Tour on May 21, 2011 are now available.
The expo will be held on the grounds of MiraCosta College in Cardiff and will include space for 20 – 30 exhibitor booths with a live music area, finish line photographs, bike valet and “Taste the Hills” food booths.
Sponsorship packages range from official sponsor to presenting sponsor and title sponsor. A la carte sponsorship items offer a range of targeted event and online exposure opportunities for a targeted 2,000 riders with family, friends and expo attendees.
Along with event day activities sponsors can participate in promotions that include 17 weeks of training for a century, social media promotion (including contests and giveaways), online advertising investments and many promotion partnerships with regional cycling groups.
About the San Diego Century Bicycle Tour:
The San Diego Century Bicycle Tour is a choice of 37, 66, or 103-mile bicycle rides through the North County San Diego coast and east county. The ride events start and finish at MiraCosta College in Cardiff, California with food, fun and music.
The cycling courses provide riders with an opportunity to taste the hills with both varying elevation gains and tasty cuisine at the aid stations and finish line. Hills on the courses range from moderate on the 37-mile course to challenging on the 103-mile course.
Proceeds from the ride support the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition – www.sdcbc.org – a 501(c)3 non profit organization dedicated to making bicycling better in greater San Diego.
