Hit the expo on Wednesday and get everything you need to ride your first, or your fastest bicycle century: programs for training to ride a century, bicycle safety checks, bike fit checks, and coaches on hand. Weekend group training rides start on January 29 with this well organized and well supported group preparing for the San Diego Century on May 21, 2011 and the Gran Fondo Colnago San Diego on April 10. No charge to join one, or all of the 17 weekend group rides and prepare for cycling a century in San Diego, or wherever 2011 takes you for a 100 mile bike ride or more.
