To help everyone get started on the journey to November 5, Coach Morgon developed weekly workout suggestions for every distance based on an intermediate fitness and skill level.

3 Easy Steps to Get Started:

1. Read below and pick the distance you’d like to ride in November.

2. Spend some time planning your schedule so you can fit in the training and preparation time between now and November 5.

3. Get out on the bike and put in some miles, and we hope to see you on the registration roster soon!

    Top of the morning to you,
    Is there an age limit minimum for the 25&50 miler on Bike The Coast Nov 5th? My son will be 15 yrs old that wants to ride also..leaning towards doing the 50. He is a strong athlete.
    Other question..just need to start training..we both ride BMX motocross..train @ Chula Vista Olympic training center track. But that entails explosive sprint/speed training/racing. Can u point us in right direction to start training for distance?
