Went on my heart attack ride on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015. ( Suffered a heart attack while riding 80 miles from my home in Fullerton, CA, to Laguna Beach, CA, and back, on Aug. 23rd, 2014). A little over 5 months later, and I’m stronger, and riding longer than before the attack. Today I added a climb up Newport Coast in Newport Beach on my way home from Laguna Beach. 82 miles in 5 hours and 10 minutes! Will head out tomorrow for a quick and easy 40 miler. Enjoy your weekend!
Wrote my bike from chula vista..my house to San Diego, where my first job is located..After working a 8 hour shift, relaxed for a little bit, then wrote back. It took me an estimated time of 1hr. 15min. It was a bit tiring, but a whole lot of fun..but of course, I would do it again and again.
